Wednesday 2:00pm-2:30pm, followed by 15 minutes of stay and play.
This activity is FREE however we welcome donations to support our future activities.
Our Creative Hub hosts a selection of exhibitions throughout the year, featuring inspiring artwork, community collaborations and celebrations of local artists. Past exhibitions have included ‘Memories of Totton’ and ‘Youth Voices’
Join Wakey Wakey Arts for a relaxed dance and sensory play session which includes an optional drink and snack afterwards for you and your little ones.
Each week is different, but we ALWAYS promise a completely non-judgemental environment for you to play, bond and wiggle with your little ones.
Our Young Leaders help us decide what activities we run in our creative hub and help shape the future of our space. It’s a fun and friendly group for young people aged 14-25. We meet once a month, with dinner provided.
Take a Moment is a sound installation, a positive piece of outdoor art encouraging reflection, feedback and the hope to move forward.
We run a free drama club, every Thursday (during term time) for children and young people aged 7-13!
If your child is struggling with worry, stress, or low confidence, our weekly small-group sessions provide a safe and supportive space for young people to explore practical strategies to manage anxiety.
Led by experienced facilitators, the sessions combine creativity, conversation, and proven techniques to build resilience and confidence.
Messy Makers is our weekly drop-in arts and craft sessions running every Wednesday from 3:00pm - 5:00pm.
No need to sign up just pop in and have fun being creative in our welcoming space. Previous activities have included mask making, painting canvas bags and tie dying your own t-shirt. For ages 14 and under.

Fluid Motion has over fifteen years’ experience working in schools and education settings. That was where it all started for us.
We have a selection of creative workshops over the Autumn term for Adults. From Jewellery Making to Creative Writing, join us for a chance to try something new!
Our Connection Breakfasts are relaxed networking events designed to bring together local organisations and individuals interested in supporting the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people in our community. See our calendar for the next event date and to register.
Take Ten is a performance installation designed to slow us down. It’s a space to be present, in the here and now, to reflect and to notice.

Flourish is our 8 week creative programme for children and young people that uses theatre as a tool to support the ongoing development of positive wellbeing, confidence and self esteem.
We welcome people from all backgrounds and particularly those who live in Totton and the New Forest.
Brain Hug is a fun, family friendly walkabout. It’s pink and it’s fluffy with a big smiley face and it’s waiting for that hug.
